Welcome to Oasis Pool Party. By entering the venue, purchasing tickets, or making a booking, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests.
Entry to Oasis Pool Party is strictly limited to guests 18 years of age and over. Valid photo identification may be required upon entry, and management reserves the right to refuse admission if age verification cannot be provided.
For the safety of all guests, Oasis Pool Party reserves the right to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags, and personal items upon entry and exit. Any items deemed unsafe, illegal, or disruptive may be confiscated. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, illegal substances, weapons, sharp objects, glass containers, and any item considered a risk to guests or staff.
Food and beverages purchased outside the venue are not permitted inside Oasis Pool. This includes food and drinks originating from Oasis Studios or any other external source.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Oasis Pool Party accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal items within the venue.
Guests are also reminded to remain vigilant with their drinks. Oasis Pool Party is not responsible for unattended beverages once served. For your own safety, please do not leave drinks unattended.
All lounger, bed, and table bookings at Oasis Pool Party are subject to a cover charge plus a minimum spend agreement.
The minimum spend represents the minimum amount your group agrees to spend on food and beverages from the venue on the day of your booking. Should the minimum spend not be reached, the remaining balance will not be refunded, transferred, or credited toward another booking or future event.
To confirm any booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including unforeseen or external events beyond our control.
All guests must arrive before 15:00 on the day of the booking. Failure to arrive by this time may result in the booking being released for resale, and availability cannot be guaranteed. Late arrivals will be considered a “no-show,” and the deposit will be forfeited.
On the day of the event, the remaining balance must be settled upon arrival at your allocated lounger, bed, table, booth, or cabana. A discretionary 10% service charge will be automatically added to the final bill.
Ticket prices listed on the Oasis Pool Party website are advance purchase rates and are available only until 12:00 (midday) on the day of the event. Tickets purchased at the door may be subject to higher pricing.
All tickets are non-refundable, under any circumstances, including events beyond the control of Oasis Pool Party.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued once a ticket has been purchased.
General Admission is available at €25 per person, while VIP Admission is €120 per person. Any additional services, consumptions, or minimum spend balances are settled directly at the venue on the day of the event.
Oasis Pool Party operates a strict no-refund policy.
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including, but not limited to, adverse or unsafe weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, government orders, or safety directives — no refunds or compensation will be provided where the venue remains open and operational.

In the event of an injury or accident, guests must immediately notify a member of staff. Guests are encouraged to drink responsibly and act respectfully both within the venue and in the pool area.
Oasis Pool Party reserves the right to refuse entry, remove guests from the venue, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time in order to maintain safety, compliance, and the overall experience of all guests.
